How Can I Get a Boy to Like Me

i was just wondering if you would give me some advice? i am in the fifth grade and i really want some boy to like me. i have read all your alice books and that has helped me but i need some real advice. what shouls i do to get a boy to like me? i am not excatly beautiful because i have glasses and braces. i get my braces off in december though. my parents wont let me get contacts and i reallt hate glasses. what should i do? if you have the time please write back. and thank you for writing the alice books i really love them and cant wait for the next one to come out.

Glasses and braces may not be as much a problem as you think.  You can’t “get” a boy to like you, but you can be the kind of person that boys feel comfortable around; who find you easy to talk to; who doesn’t embarrass them; who shows an interest in what they say.  My question to you is, do you let braces or glasses keep you from being interested in guys who have them?  Remember, this works both ways.
