“Just Like What Happened to Alice”

Question:

I love Alice and can’t believe you already finished writing the whole series. Alice is a heroine and I sometimes catch myself thinking “what would Alice do” and “this is just like what happened to Alice.” I think she’s a real person sometimes and I feel like whenever I need advice I can just pop open an Alice book and find it there.

Phyllis replied:

I can’t quite believe I’ve finished the series either, but the last book won’t be published until 2013.
