You Always Know What I’m Thinking

How do you always know the right thing to say? A lot of girls my age (11) are confused and scared to ask about…sex, and you always know what I’m thinking. You put what I want to say about everything in life into words. Do you ever loose ideas for the series? How do you know that all of these things are on every girls mind? Its always so accurate in my mind. Everything just makes sense. The books are amazing. I cry at the end of everyone of them, even if its not sad, because I never want to stop reading them. I adore your writing, and I too want to become a writer. Any advice? I am a big fan, and to me, Alice is my best friend. Have a good day, and with the Alice series, you’ll never have to ever question if your are going to give up writing. Thanks for making me want to follow my dreams of becoming a writer!And also, is lester 7 or 8 years older than Alice? it says both in the books.

 

There are a lot of goofs in the Alice books.  I don’t always remember what I’ve said from book to book, but I do have a good memory of how I felt when I was a young teen, and I draw on my memories to write the Alice books.  If you want to become a writer, I think you might find my book, “How I Came to be a Writer,” of interest to you.
